Can't start the game

Game disc will not start up. I put it in my Xbox One S and it tries to read it but it refuses to work. Happened after recent update. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Do you see a message that the disc cannot be read?

I'm having the same exact problem I even went to Gamestop to exchange it for another copy because all my other games work perfectly. I insert the disc and nothing happens I probably got it to work 2/20 times. So I tried re-installing it now it just won't read.
