Can't start game - DirectX error

I start the game to a black screen and an error message behind it. 

Card is 5700XT, drivers are up to date. Error message as follows...

DirectX function "m_swapChain-> ResizeBuffers(

swapChainDesc.BufferCount, m_info.windowWidth,

m_info.windowHeight, m_outputMode.Format,

swapChainDesc.Flags)" failed with DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL

("The application provided invalid parameter data; this must

be debugged and fixed before the application is released.").

GPU: "AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT", Driver: 20.8.3

I was having the same issue and the fix is simple but at the same time annoying.....

If you are OC'ing any parts in your PC like CPU or GPU, the game will not work.  You have to disable OC, which is annoying especially for pro gamers/pro techies

I have not overclocked anything in my PC.

Do you have some sort of software that you can use on your GPU?  If it senses you are using a software to tweak it above the default running, the game won't like it
