Can't snap ball/10 ten on offense

Online franchise mode is unplayable . Season 2, three game in and this glitch has started for two straight games.

out from the  huddle missing a WR and can't snap ball. Other time the WR keeps walking forward pre-snap, other time a DT was lined up out wide.
