Can't restore old backup

Hello, I was originally playing The Sims Mobile on an old Android device, and I'm on a new one trying to restore my old save (which we'll call Save 1) since my Google Play Games account was connected. I downloaded the game and it prompted me to restore a save from the cloud, I pressed it and it didn't do anything. It just continued the tutorial as if I was a new player and wanted to start a new game/save (which we'll call Save 2), I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, which it then prompted me to restore from the cloud AGAIN, I pressed it and it worked, but it loaded Save 2, also known as the new save they created for me. How can I get Save 1 back, my original save from my old Android device?

Sorry you have problems  with your game progress. 

You should contact EA in order to get assistance. I hope they can help you .

To contact EA Help from the game, open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the Help button.
This will open your browser. Scroll down until you see Contact Us and choose Technical Support.
