Can't reset password for SWTOR account

Hello , I have such a problem. I am trying to reset a password to my account for SWTOR but can/t do it because it requires a security key, but i dont remember one. I installed a program on my phone to require it, but programm is asking me for a serial number which i don't remember ither, because i didn't play this game for about 2 years. So please, help me restore my account ArchRavenAngel.

Hey there! If you have a Security Key attached to your account and you forgot your password, you will need to contact support and have them remove the Security Key before you are able to reset your password. I hope this helps!
