Can't remove my Security Key. [ Edited ]

Hello, I tried to go back to SWTOR but I used to have a security key attached to my account, which smartphone I don't use anymore for some time. Now I can't remove it because the steps are not easy anymore, there are no "Lost Your Security Key" page like before. How can I send a e-mail to EA to solve my problem?

If the "Lost your security key" button does not appear, if you try to login without your security key, you can call the support. Here are the numbers:

They don't have a Brazil phone number so I can't call them. Don't they have an email so I can easily solve this?

@brPixelNuts Billing and Security issues must be handled over the phone to protect the account.
