Can't recieve reward from milestone

So I recieved a milestone with my TL-50, but I cannot access it.
I attached these two pictures for you guys to see that even the game realizes that I have gotten 75/75 (Target Practice), but the reward still doesn't unlock.
Does anyone else have this problem?
