Can't ready up after each match - Apex [ Edited ]

Every time I play a match, I can't ready up after it, and I can't see my party members ready up. I click the ready up and my friends say that they can see that I have readied up, however I can't see it. It shows that we are in match making for them but not for me. It will only let me ready up after I leave and rejoin the party.
