Can't purchase exclusive skin?!

I'm pretty sure this is an error on their part though as this is the first case where the skin available to purchase isn't connected to the exclusive skin. I've been told by EA support that the studio is looking on a fix... I'm yet to see anything though.

Same problem have a whole bunch of currency and have not been able to use it at all for exclusive skins of any sort fix this it’s stupid
