Can't play the game... [ Edited ]

Hey guys and Support,

I have a issue with connecting / loading into the game. When I want to play online, I can connect into the Menu where you choose the Server you want to connect to (All-Drive) and then is coming the loading screen. The loading bar gets full but then nothing happens anymore. The rim in the right corner is spinning and I can't play.

I played the game several hours before and wanted to play it again so it was working before.

I have enabled UPnP in my Router, restarted any device (Router/PS4) but still can't play.

What is this?

yes, of course.

2 years after the game came out,and customers still have to try and fix the game on their own...I did everything they said  and the game still doesn't work. This is actually pathetic.
