Can’t play on my Xbox one

Every time I try to play on my Xbox it says that my account isn’t allowed to play online. Then I’m sent to stare at a grey screen

Is it only Apex that you can't play online or is this happening for other games as well?

I'm not seeing any issues with your account. Not the one you're posting with at least. That message normally means you've been actioned by Terms of Service. Either from us or from Microsoft. However, if it were Microsoft, you most likely wouldn't be able to play any game online. Is the account you're posting with also the account you play Apex on?
