Can't play NFS multiplayer

 I wanted to play NFS on my xbox series S, but i can't cause the game says that my account can't go online. I tried to talk with an EA operator but she wasn't able to solve my problem. Instead she said "try to explain your problem on our forums" so i'm here and i need help cause i bought a game passs ULTIMATE just for playing need for speed and i can't.
