Can't login to swtor website

I played SWTOR about 4 years ago and just recently recovered my account information. However, when I go to login on the swtor website I put my credentials in and the site takes me back to the main page without saying anything but then doesn't log me in! I click "My account" and it says I need to login to access that. So I put my credentials in again and it takes me back to the main page again.  This happens on my PC, my phone, and my laptop. And I can't contact their support team because I am not a subscriber. But I can login to my EA account and post this so my account isn't totally broken obviously.

Any ideas?
