Can't login to launcher [ Edited ]

I am a returning player in SWTOR.

I wen't to download the game like I have several times in the past

and when I go to login I get the blue circle that keeps spinning either until I close it or I get an error 208 message.

I just wen't and bought the $20 bundle too figuring like in the past it would be fine.

I have tried everything that I can find from forums and other things. I even tried hotspot shield.

I don't know what to do, nothing seems to work. Any suggestions, or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

In the game folder is a log folder can you post the latest launcher log, also can you mention the antivirus and firewall you use.

I use Spybot Search and Destroy.

Can you paste this linked repair utility into the main game folder and extract the files there

After that can you post the new log after using this repair tool if it doesnt help

I at first when to log in hoping it would work but got the blue circle. So I closed it down and then reopened it and waited to see if I would get the 208 error and I did so I tried the self repair and it wen't away I then could log in but then it gave me -100% and wouldn't move.

Now it downloaded and when I hit play I wait for the game to pull up and nothing pulls up. Any suggestions?

Best option is to trigger a repair per this guide link

Ensure launcher.exe , swtor.exe and brwc.exe are in all the exception lists , the log is showing major connection errors and the repair may not help.

I suspect the errors are from either a firewall, antivirus or spybot

I'm not sure what your download status is now, but the last launcher log shows this:

2017-11-23 22:35:34 INFO Streaming Required Progress: Overall Progress: 0.2765

This means the overall download progress is at 27%

If you're still experiencing issues, I'd recommend letting the download finish fully.
