Can’t login on PS4 or Xbox One

Pretty self explanatory. Don’t get past the first splash screen with the spinning white ‘loading’ circle. Everything was working fine two days ago. Pretty disappointing really.

So I got my Xbox logging in again. I fully shut it down and then unplugged the power cable and left it for 10 mins or so to clear the cache. Then I booted it back up and went to Network Settings and then ‘clear alternate MAC address’ and then rebooted from there. Worked first time after that. Haven’t tried anything more with the PS4 yet. I’ll just play on Xbox 😉 Hope this helps someone.
