I've recently returned to SWTOR, my account information is correct but I can not login because I don't have a security key. I search Google to see what the issue is and everyone says "Leave Security Key blank and it will ask if you've lost it" but I don't get that option, at all. I leave it blank and I am taken to a page that prompts me to type in my Security Key. It says "If you don't believe you have a Security Key attached to this account, you'll need to contact Customer Service". I click on the link for Customer Service, which then takes me to another page that says "All Star Wars: The Old Republic support is now located at EA Help. Please visit help.ea.com for assistance."
So here I am. Still unable to play the game, can't get any assistance, now I can see why the game is dying. |
I also have the SWTORSK app, but it wants me to input a serial number that I do not have, either. So can't login because I don't have a security key but can't get a security key because I don't have a serial number.
