Can't log into my SWTOR account

Hello, i can't log into my SWTOR account but I can log into my Origin account just fine. when I try to log into my SWTOR it says check my email but there's nothing there.

You are best calling CS (Link to numbers) they can advise what the issue is with the account, and if they can rectify it or if other steps are needed.
