Can't log into account. No way to get help.

I've not played SWTOR for some time, but some friends have started playing again so I wanted to join them.

However, my account had a security key that was tided to an old phone I have not used or had in years. I also don't know my password. And even if I have got it right at no point do I see any link to disable the key as the help page suggests. None of the help is any help at all.

The support number just has an automated message saying there is no-one available.

This is truly awful customer service and user experience.

How can you get your key removed when all the options fail?

if the key is missing and you dont have the password, you will need to call support to get this sorted

Havent heard of any issues with the lines but they may have been busy at the time you rang, can only suggest wait a few hours after the lines are available and try then

Tried a few times now. No change.

I find it utterly ridiculous that this cannot be fixed by email.

And given this seems to be a reoccurring theme on this forum, I guess EA don't want people playing their games.

Looks like it's SWG Legends for my Star Wars fix.
