Can't log in to nba companion app

Every time I try to log in I get the error "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. please try again or reset your password." I've tried reseting my password but have not gotten a reset email, I've checked my junk mail and made sure I put the right email in for the reset.

Can you please uninstall the App and then install via the following link:

@EA_Barry I am having the same problem. I did what your instructions say but the message still appears: " Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password. "

What do you suggest me to do now?

I can't login to the companion app still it took away my 18 app and replace it with the 19 but says my information is invalid uninstall and still nothing
