Can't log in to Starwars squadrons [ Edited ]

Code 4,975 no matter what I try I can't seem to get this game to work I can play the story mode just fine but I can't get multiplayer to work I can log in on the internet into my account I have reset my password three times over the course of two days but it's still not working anyone HELP I'm playing on the PS4

• I can’t log in to my ea account 
• I was prompted to reset my password and have done so but there is still no way to reconnect 
• I have restarted the game and rebooted the system multiple times

Every time I turn the game on it identifies me as another user's account It won't let me switch to my account It keeps giving me the same error code as mentioned above I have since started another account on EA.com and are trying to reset everything using my new account and I still can't login or l3 reconnect with my new account information What the f***!!!!!!!!!
