Can’t log in on Apex legend ps4

I’m having problems with Apex legend. It’s been like 3 days where I can’t login it keeps saying my account is invalid and I’m pretty sure about my email etc. So what should i do need help please

Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast.
