In madden ultimate team whenever my friend tries to lock in his team it kicks him out to the main menu and says connection to ea servers lost What can he do to fix this?

All I need for my sean taylor objectives is to win 10 salary cap games. When I go to lock in my lineup it takes me to the main menu of madden and says our servers cannot process your request at this time. i've contacted EA Help 3 days in a row and they haven't helped me at all please help.

When i try to lock in my lineup in h2h it takes me to the main menu help plzzzz been happening for a month now on ps4
