Can't launch Madden because of this error

The DxDiag should be saved in txt file. I made sure my hardware specs were capatible to run Madden. CPU, GPU, Memory, and OS met the minimum requirements.

We have a couple related posts with solutions on this found here and here. 

Even though they are for different games, copying the files over the same way should work for Madden too.

I see that you're on Windows 8.1. Even though this solution here was for Apex Legends, do you have these updates?

I probably don't. Installing updates has been almost impossible. Everytime I check for updates, I don't get any. It just checks forever. This is probably the reason Madden is unable to work.
