Can't install any games

I keep getting this prompt " Origin needs to download files and is waiting for permission. Please choose "Yes" when Windows prompts you for permission." when attempting to install Apex, but no window pops up prompting me to do so. I don't know what to do at this point. I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled Apex several times, I've ran it as administrator and restarted my system a couple times at this point. I'm pretty much lost, and a lot of the solutions suggested on the forums on this topic aren't working for me. I know many others are having the same problem, can someone help me find a solution?

@Mikimuster3 I've attempted these solutions before, and none have worked thus far. Not really sure what to do...

Hi @Zahkutya. 

It sounds like there's a hangup with Windows permissions somewhere. Are you getting any sort of messages about Windows running in Restricted Mode by any chance?
