Can't get my EA log in to work with my Star Wars Battlefront companion app

I obviously have an EA account that I use to log into various games I play, I downloaded the Sta Wars Battlefront Companion app to use with my copy of Battlefront on the Xbox One. Well when I try to sign into the app with my account I keep getting the "username/password is wrong" error. I am correct in thinking it will be the same password for EA/Origin, right?

I opened the Star Wars Battlefront app on my phone and it says an error has accused even thought I am automatically signed into the app when I open it

@cyclonegamingyt: If you restart yout device and log in fresh does that help? Past this you can try reinstalling the app.

I have the same problem as cyclonegamingyt, I have reinstalled the app and restart my phone still don't work.
