Can't get into the match

I have problems getting into the game and match. when entering the game it will appear Unable to connect - reservation time out (see picture) and after entering the lobby I try to enter the match will be stuck in the loading screen and kicked to the main screen. I've been looking for various sources stating that this problem has something to do with being banned due to using cheats. but while playing this apex game I have never used a cheat method, either script or macro. I am a clean player. but why am i having this problem? is this a bug or an error banned by respawn. I will provide my account information below and hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. my nickname is ONYXIM.

@ONYXIM Hi, do you encounter this on an alternate account? Can you try the steps of power cycling your router and trying an alternate DNS and see if this has an impact?
