Can’t find sims mobile in App Store feb21

Hi anyone else in the UK can’t find the sims mobile in the App Store?

I have already got the game on my devices and I know an update is due today but when I look for it in the App Store it tells me it isn’t currently available in my country or region?!!!? This has never happened to me before and just wondered if anyone can shed any light on this.
