Can't find a game at the 1st launch

Hello there,

I play on PC.

The problem is when I launch the game, it won't find a "normal" game, it search for a minute or so then launch an empty game where I am alone inside ( sometimes with one other person ).
If I start GA it's Kasshyk and if I start in Space it's Kamino, it's like there are default empty map I don't know.
I must every time quit the game and launch it a second time or a third sometimes to find a standard game ( in ~ 5-10 sec ) with full people inside.

I live in France and connected on the UK or Germany server for the most of the time.

Any advice? It's boring ~~

Sorry to hear about your issue with empty matches 

Have you tried any connectivity troubleshooting steps for your platform?

• PlayStation
• Xbox

I especially recommend opening ports on your router. They usually help with matchmaking.

If ports wern't open, no game could be played ^^

I am sysadmin 'irl' but can't find any reason for that "random" connectivity :/

It seems that when I launch the game and it didn't auto-connect, if a manually click in game on "connect" I will always find a game directly, strange.

Is there any option to deactivate "auto-connect" at launch?
