Can’t enable notifications on Sims Mobile

I have an IPhone and when I go to settings and notifications the Sims app is not listed. The settings say you can get notifications though to see when you finish events

Do you have this option turned on?

The notifications aren't 100% working from what I can tell. So it might be a bit sporadic.
