Can't download after 99% jumps backwards

Hi can someone help me I trying to download the apex game. But ones its reach 99% its jumps back to 40% or 44%. And its  every single time. Please help !!!!!

Hey,

Have your already tried to clear you Origin cache
Note: All settings will be set to default in your Origin client after this.

• Close the Origin Client, Right click it in the task bar and press Quit Origin.
• Press the Windows key and the "R" key at the same time.
• A "Run" box will have appeared and copy paste: %ProgramData%/Origin in the box and click "OK".
• Delete all files and folders in there except LocalContent, do NOT delete this folder.
• When this is done, Press the Windows key and the "R" key at the same time again.
• Type now in this box %AppData% and click "OK".
• Delete here the Origin folder.
• Look in your address bar of the file explorer and click on AppData.
• Open de Local folder and delete the Origin folder here.

Now restart you system and try to install Apex Legends again.
If you were not able to delete some files, your Origin wasn't closed completely.
Open then Task Manager and end the following running tasks:
Origin.exe and OriginWebHelperService.exe

i had this problem too. This bad for me because i just have limited internet data and i wasted too much internet data because of this unstoppable downloading. Do you found any solution to fix this problem ? I've been searching everything about how to fix this and yeah i found nothing works. I wont format my pc just because i can't play Apex. I had no problem with other games but why Apex.

Btw i already install Apex on my pc before. I download it back because i have problem can't repair Apex. So i uninstall Apex and download it back.
