Hello! I own a Motorola Moto Maxx, Android 6.0.1. I tried to download The Sims Mobile, but it says on Google Play that my device isn't compatible. I can't understand why, can someone help me please?

Hi @high5thai!
Please, keep in mind the game is currently available only in select territories during soft launch. Could you tell us which country are you trying to download the game from?
Glad to see you are interested in the game!

Hi! Thanks for your attention! I'm on Brazil, it's already available in here... Any other idea about what could be the problem?
I don't know if this information helps, but I've seen another brazilian gamer with the same problem at Answer HQ Portuguese, and his device was also by Motorola, although it's not a Moto Maxx - it's a Moto X Play. Maybe the problem is related to Motorola devices?

Hi @high5thai,
Thanks for sharing with us all that information. Unfortunately, your device would need more RAM memory to be able to download the game, and that's the reason you are getting the message. This is a soft launch so this could change in the future, and I will make sure to let you know if that happens.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi again @high5thai,
Could you try to download the app one more time through your phone today?
If still not compatible, which country do you have set in your Google Play account?
Thanks,
-Mai
