Hey @Labway,

the function you are trying to use to transfer your account only works if both devices have a different operating system. If you want to transfer across devices with the same operating system you have to use Game Center or Google Play (depending on your operating system).

Please follow these instructions  to successfully transfer your account between different operating systems.
