I’m a US player currently on a deployment, whenever I try a server close to where I’m located the game never connects and I’m perpetually in a queue. If I pick a server from the states that has 200 ping it connects instantly but is unplayable due to lag. What can I do?

Hey @jlbittx5.
Are you trying to play from your base? If so, there may be a firewall or other security measure that's causing some issues with the connection to the servers closer to you. I'm not sure how much access you have to your network hardware, but if possible I'd recommend checking to make sure you've got all the necessary ports open.
You can find more info on the ports that Apex Legends is using over at the EA Help website.

The game is screwed up, it has nothing to do with being on a base.
I can't get in either.
