Can't connect to EA Servers

Look I bought this game for my kids for Christmas, and I know this issue has been covered before by others, and I also have tried every solution that I've looked for in the forums, but come on. Madden 23, why is it every single time they try to log on to the game they get met with a message that they need to sign into PSN (which they already are) and have to sign into EA Servers (when they try they can't. At all.) I've done the DNS truck the open NAT, reset and moved my router, blah blah blah, either give me a refund or fix this problem for me please, since trying to get in touch with ANYONE at EA is like trying to find bin Laden.
