Can't change resolution or maximize game.

It's 2019 and I can't just maximize my window? I play everything in windowed mode and can't change my resolution from 1280x720 whether I'm in windowed, borderless, or full screen. I don't see a config file anywhere to try getting around this issue.

I was informed on reddit that you can find the config file in \<User>\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local\videoconfig.txt where you can find the resolution and edit it to what you want.

Same here. It wont let me maximize a window nor play outside the native resolution it picks.

It doesn't work unfortunately. The game will just overwrite your changes. If you set the file to read only, then the game just ignores it and sticks to the default resolution.

create custom profile resolution in nvidia control panel if you are using rtx/gtx, change resolution in windows, launch game and change resolution there
