Can't change name

Help, I'm level 54 with the name mol Eliza, I go to my player/ experience bar where I should have a pencil to click on and change my name but I don't have a pencil next to my name at all.

Have you clicked on the experience bar?

Then you should see a pencil

You have setup as child account, I have same issue. Apparently only ways to correct is to switch platforms and have ea link accounts or start over

Best thing do do is start over if you really want to change your name

P.S: What level are you, if your a high level e.g. 60+ maybe not worth it (restarting that is)

But if you do restart you can chat and change name.
