EA, Are you guys freaking kidding me?
So yesterday i bought an 15 euro origin card to get some apex coins so i could buy myself one of the new aftermarket lootboxes. I m 17 years old, in germany u can play apex with being 16. Then i wanted to buy my coins but the game told me i m not old enouth to get these. I looked into the origin store and saw that you can only buy these coins with being 18 y o. WHAT THE HECK?! IS THIS SOME KIND OF JOKE?!?!?!?!?!
I just purchased a * 15 EURO ORIGIN CARD TO GET * APEX COINS AND I CAN T GET THEM BECAUSE EA THOUGHT THEMSELVES THAT COINS ARE FOR AGE 18 AND UP, BUT YOU CAN STILL PLAY THE GAME WITH BEING 16 YEARS OLD!
So now i have 15 euros on my account but can t use them....well...thanks for that.
By the way, i tried to change my age of my origin account. I can t.
