Can't add Crossplatform Friends

I got two issues, both friends are from PS4. First friend can see and add me and I can see and add him, but I don't receive any player requests, and he doesn't either. So unable to play with each other at the moment. My second friend can't see my username, and I can't see their username either. He's checked his privacy settings and I've checked mine to be public able to be found. But still can't add each other there. I have my origin acc linked to my steam but there Origin name is different from my Steam name, they tried to add both, first friend same issue for both, second friend can't see either name. Any help would be appreciated

I am having the exact same problem and am 100% sure that cross play is enabled yet it still doesn't work
