Can't accpet invites from last squad.

Same as the title says, Nothing happens if I press Y/N or click on the buttons when the invite pops out.

In case you may think it's about layering or something like that, no program else than Origin and Apex is running.

I had this problem too from time to time but since season 4 it occurs every time.
