Can't access account

havent played in a couple of years and im not receiving the account recovery email.   is there any fix to this since we can not chat with support until we sub, and i dont want to sub on a new account

Just give CS a call (link to numbers) when they are available they will be able to assist , you do not need to be a subscriber to call CS with an account issue
