Can't access Alliance Camp ands Missing Companion

Hello gentlemen,

Alright here's my problem, I've played story mode on KOTFE a while ago and everything went fine up to the GEMINI Deception where I could not go further because my Senya went missing for some reason (and I could not 1v1 GEMINI alone). I brushed off the problem, thinking that this bug would be solved sometime in a later patch but it's been like a year or two and the situation is the same. Now, I've read about the "Missing Comp. Console" on Odessa but I can't seem to find it, and while looking for it another problem has shown up: now I don't have access to the Alliance Camp (that big hub with all of the main story characters who give you quests) as the game says I'm "not eligible" to get in, for the record I used to be able to get there before I stopped playing for a while.

I've tried: -Repairing
-Playing the chapters where we first get to Odessa, first get Senya, and the first one as well
-Checking my quest log for other story quests, there is none

If any of you has a "fix" for this I'd be glad to hear!

Sometimes Senya gets super shy during the GEMINI Deception, and requires some encouragement from customer support. If you can't fix it by fiddling around with the active chapters, send an email to support@swtor.com with a description of the issue, our in-game team will take a look.

What is the highest chapter do you have access to ? 

Have you tried say chapter 9 the alliance or chapter 13 profit and plunder 

see with one of those active grants you access again to the base again

edit - use shift E to bring up the chapter selection

Well highest I got is GEMINI Deception (Chapter 15), I'll try replaying the two chapters you mentioned and give you more feedback.

Managed to get back access to Alliance Camp by playing through "The Alliance", still no Senya though so I guess I'll contact support by mail.
