Can't Subscribe to SWTOR

Hello.

I'm a returning player who wants to start over on a completely new account, and i want to add a subscription plan to my account, however i keep getting this error: An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}. I tried using different cards, payment options, browsers and even tried changing my IP adress and nothing worked.

Does anyone know about this issue? Unfortunately i'm mute and therefore can't call customer service. I found no other way to contact them when you aren't subscriped yet :/

Even subscribers have to contact CS via phone for payment issues so sadly there's no other way. However, you can ask someone to call on your behalf, that is commonly done in this situation. I would recommend contacting your bank first to ensure they are not the ones blocking the payment.
