Hello. I can't buy sub with this issue. What i must do to resolve that problem?

P.S. I trying to buy sub around 6 days with this problem.

With the redirection strategy error. delete the payment method on the swtor account , log into the EA account associated with that swtor account and delete the payment method on that EA account, then re-add the payment method on the swtor account.

I flagged this to be looked into and unfortunately to find outbwhat happened you will  need to call customer service and see what the cause of the issue is.  You can find their contact info and hours of operation here.

If you are in a different country you can use a VoIP program like Skype or Whatsapp to make the call for free or at a discounted rate.  Simply call the UK number from the page linked using the app.
