Can't Stop Looking Up

I thought I would start playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 again this week. Well, when I loaded into a match, my character could only look upward. I left the match and tried a single-player game. The same thing happened. I tried resetting the controls to their defaults, but nothing changed. I am using a mouse, not a controller. I have no idea how to fix my problem.

hey, @AceAttorney123 are you on PC or Console?

If you are on PC and have a controller connected try disconnecting any controllers and see if that helps.

I am having the same problem except I can only look down

It sucks to see how little help EA provides for pretty much anything - everything redirects me to "yeah go ask someone else"
