Can't Start Game [ Edited ]

My Star Wars: The Old Republic just finished its Update 5.9.2b patch, but I can't start the game. I tried clicking on the updates icons but they kept on saying I have to install a default app to start the game. What is wrong with my game and how can I fix it?
