Can't Sign in?

Help! cannot sign in?

I just got an error while trying to get into home screen.

It says "to protect your information, your account is temporarily locked"

Please help :/

For this issue, you best contact the Live Support at: EA Contact Us
Click on product Origin, Select PC.

Then Manage my account, finnally Can't log in.

This should give you a option to receive a callback or begin a chat.

I tried doing the live chat. It said 93 min wait. But I was waiting from 6:30 to 9pm
