Can't Redeem Free Name Change

Hello,

It's been several years since I've played The Old Republic, and upon returning I've made new characters. I'd like to rename one of these new characters, and I've headed to My Account -> Character Rename on the website, but it says I have a free name change to be redeemed on an old character, that's on a server that no longer exists? Is there any way to clear this so I can rename my current character?

@nostalghico The rename you were sent would be Bind on Pickup, so you won't be able to use it on other characters I'm afraid. You can always buy a new character rename token from the Cartel Market or GTN.

That character should now be on Darth Malgus and the item was emailed to that character
