Can't Logg in to my SWTOR Acc

Hallo, i can't logg in on my acc i didnt play for 3-4 months and now when i want to logg in it says ''LOGIN FAILED'' I tryied to make a new password but it always says ''An error has occurred.'' 

what can i do know?

Hey there! Assuming you went to the reset password form and already tried to reset your password that way, I would suggest contacting customer support via telephone and explain the situation to them, as that's the avenue to approach for account/billing issues. I hope your issue gets resolved!
