Can't Log In to SWTOR Account

Hello. I have recently attempted to log into my SWTOR account. When I log in, it says it has sent a one time password. When I check my email, there isn't anything. I've tried getting a new display username, new password, etc. I also can't subscribe to SWTOR either because I can't log in.  I should also mention that I had a security key installed, yet it doesn't ask me for it. I deleted the SK app and this resulted in my losing the serial number. Is there any other way I can log in, or did I just do something wrong?
