Hello,
I am trying to play Need for Speed 2015 on my PC but I have a AMD Radeon HD 6950, I wasn't sure if they were compatible or there is a way to make them compatible for this game. If there is a way to make it compatible with the game, can someone please reply. I am getting the DirectX Error about the device removed from the system.
Thank you

That card has only 1GB of dedicated video memory where the minimum requirement for this game is a 2GB card. That is not something that can be rectified with software/drivers etc.
Minimum Requirements for 720p30 at low settings
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 or later
Processor: Intel Core i3-4130 or equivalent with 4 hardware threads
Memory: 6GB RAM
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB, AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB, or equivalent DX11 compatible GPU with 2GB of memory
Hard Drive: 30GB free space
Input: Keyboard and mouse, Xbox One controller

I think a clean reinstall of your video drivers is in order here.
Download the appropriate drivers from here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Fully remove the existing drivers using this utility: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
Then run the installer of the newly downloaded drivers and complete that process.
Additionally, temporarily disable your antivirus and perform a clean boot before retrying the game:

Okay, I've just reinstalled drivers and it didn't do anything different.
